VesViet Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a technology studio operating at vesviet.com. We provide e-commerce infrastructure, 3D product visualization, and growth engineering services for fashion brands. Our strategic partner is ICM Factory Direct.

We operate a strict Zero-Storage-Without-Consent principle:

  • No personal data is stored server-side unless you have explicitly checked the consent checkbox on our contact form.
  • Form data is processed in-memory on Cloudflare Workers and forwarded to our secure email inbox — it is never written to a database without consent.
  • If you do not provide consent, your inquiry is not processed and no data is retained.

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Consent: For contact form submissions — you explicitly check the consent box.
  • Legitimate Interest: For website analytics (aggregated, anonymized data only via Cloudflare Analytics — no cookies, no PII).

Data collected through contact forms is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your consultation request within our 24-hour SLA
  • Provide service quotations and project planning information
  • Follow up on project discussions you have initiated

We do not use your data for automated marketing without separate explicit consent.

All data transmitted to this website is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3). Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global edge network with built-in DDoS protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and Bot Management.
